On April 29th, Wang Hanrong, the president of the group company, reached a consensus with Li Shengye, the vice president of South Korea's SL Corporation, in Shanghai on "expanding cooperation in new products and new businesses"

On June 4th, Wang Hanrong met with Yu Fuzhi, General Manager of the China Region of South Korea's SL Corporation, in Wuhan, and exchanged views on specific directions for industrial cooperation.

Wang Hanrong stated that China's automotive industry is embracing development opportunities for transformation and upgrading. Based on the "Shanghai Talks Consensus", Tri-Ring Group is willing to collaborate with South Korea's SL Corporation to elevate their strategic cooperation to a higher level through measures such as technical cooperation, market linkage, and talent cultivation. They aim to replicate the successful experience of the joint venture model, Tri-Ring Sanli, and establish a new paradigm that leads the development of the automotive electronics industry.

Yu Fuzhi stated that deepening joint venture cooperation is a strategic consensus between both parties to build long-term competitiveness and address market cyclical challenges. He looked forward to collaborating with Tri-Ring Group to actively explore potential cooperation in cutting-edge business areas such as automotive electronics, promote deeper integration between the two parties in technological collaborative innovation and market channel integration, and build a more resilient win-win situation.

In-depth technical discussions were held on-site regarding new energy vehicle control systems and key vehicle components, such as body control modules, solid-state lidar, and high-end shift switches. Additionally, opinions were exchanged on potential cooperation projects and paths.

Leaders of the group company, including Dong Anping, Zhang Xianghong, and Li Guoming, as well as heads of enterprises such as Sanhuan Electric Appliances, Sanhuan International, Sanhuan Sanli, and Shanghai Sanli, participated in the exchange activities.
