Researched by board of directors of Tri-Ring Group Company and approved by Hubei SASAC, Hubei Tri-Ring Motor Industrial Park was initiated on April, 28th 2010 and was put into operation in 2014 according to the revitalization plan of auto industry in Hubei Province and the twelfth five-year plan of Tri-Ring Group Company. The park is in an irregular rectangular shape, with a length of 1148m and width of 643-814m. It has a floor area of 718013㎡ and building area of 470700㎡.
Hubei Tri-Ring Motor Co., Ltd. has gained over 40 years experiences in the R&D of special purpose vehicles. It created a well-structured, highly competent and highly efficient R&D team which can meet with the trend of auto industry as well as the development demand of the company. Tri-Ring R&D center has been accredited as provincial enterprise technical center, High-tech enterprise, Engineering Research Center and Innovative enterprise etc. ever since 2010. It carries out long-term cooperation with renowned institutes and engineering companies like Wuhan University of Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, TJ Innova Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. etc.
The company has a national standard vehicle testing center, of which there are various testing facilities of 265 sets, fulfilling 35 different performance tests to chassis, complete vehicles and key auto parts in terms of power performance, fuel consumption performance etc.
The company possesses a flexible assembly line for heavy, medium, light duty traditional diesel chassis and new energy chassis (including subassembly of engine, gearbox and axles), as well as commercial vehicle production line relating to stamping, metal processing, welding, refitting and painting, which is capable of producing various commercial vehicles of 50,000 units annually.
The company has its own cabin factory. It has over 400 sets of equipment for stamping, welding, painting, assembly, metal cutting, heat treatment and power supply, of which there are over 60 sets of press machines of 10T-1300T and over 1000 sets of large scale and medium scale jigs and molds. The cabin factory is capable of developing and manufacturing cabins for heavy, medium, light and agricultural vehicles, with an annual productivity of cabins for 30,000 units heavy and medium vehicles, stamping parts for 800,000 units, and window glass regulators for 1,000,000 units.
Huanmin auto parts company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Tri-Ring Motor Co., Ltd. Huanmin is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of parts for auto chassis, of which frame is its key product. Its current annual productivity of frame is 20,000 units.
The company has a comprehensive and mature sales network of over 200 distributors and service network of over 500 service stations all over China. Besides, its products are widely exported to overseas market including South America, Southeast Asia, Africa, Middle East etc. Worth to mention, its electric vehicles were exported to South America in large quantities.
