Frame manufacturing capacity

Shiyan Huanmin Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Sanhuan Automobile Company, specializing in the manufacture of automobile chassis parts, leading products are commercial vehicle frame assemblies.

Cargo box manufacturing capacity

The company has a special vehicle factory, with all kinds of large boxes and more than 300 sets of manufacturing equipment, and has the production and manufacturing capacity of dump trucks and all kinds of special vehicle boundaries.

R&D Capacity

With a complete R & D, quality control processes, three-dimensional digital model simulation, simulation and analysis means, drums, six columns and other test platforms, in-plant reinforced road verification. Conduct long-term road tests at Xiangyang Test Site to ensure that the vehicle's performance meets expectations.

Test and detection capacity

The company has built a vehicle testing and inspection centre according to national standards, and currently has 265 sets of R&D and testing equipment, which can meet the requirements of 35 chassis, vehicle and key parts performance tests, such as power, economy, etc. It has more than 100 sets of test equipment, such as rotary drum, six-column vibration test bench, powertrain matching stand, PEPMS, etc..
